Dear South Leicester Resident,

Scammers and fraudsters are still continuing to catch people out daily up and down the country. Please find attached a PDF booklet titled “The Little Booklet of Phone Scams”, with advice around avoiding falling foul of different types of scams.

Please consider sharing this email if you know any vulnerable or elderly people who may benefit from the advice it contains.

Action Fraud deals with crimes related to financial or online fraud where the victim and the fraud were in the UK. You can report a crime on behalf of a victim but you must have their permission: https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/
